The dual element turbo crisper encourages more even and thorough cooking, perfect for creating family meals and meat portions The 18L capacity perfectly accommodates a 12 Inch pizza which is perfect for cooking frozen, crust, fresh and neopolitan style pizzas and can even be used to create your own pizzas using homemade dough. The 15 cooking functions offer versatility with a choice of Oven, Roast, Grill, Toast, Bagel, Ferment, Dehydrate, Frozen Pizza, Veggies, Fries, Wings and Cake. Five high temperature cooking functions will let you cook crispy pizza bases with ease and sear meat, whilst a pre-heat function will let you prepare the oven so it is ready to cook. At The Hale Retail Company, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied, we offer simple returns and warranty support.
🔄 Easy Returns
- You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it.
- Please ensure items are unused and in their original packaging.
- Bundle sets must be returned complete unless agreed otherwise.
- Include all accessories and inner packaging; plug guards must remain in place.
📦 Return Options
- Return service for unwanted/changed-mind orders: £6 for orders under £130, £12 for orders over £130.
- Options include collection via DPD/Royal Mail or drop-off at a Post Office with a QR code.
- Contact us to arrange your preferred return method.
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
- Check your goods within 24 hours and report any damage via help@haleretail.co.uk.
- We’ll arrange free collection and replacement or refund, as preferred.
- All items have a 12-month warranty, plus optional extended manufacturer warranty once registered.
- Faults caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear are not covered; your statutory rights are unaffected.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving returned goods (please allow up to 7 days).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Returns must be sent to a UK address; we do not accept returns from outside the UK.
