Shipping policy

We provide FREE Shipping on all orders. If you order is placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), it will dispatched the same day for next working day delivery*  All orders placed after 3pm or on Saturday/Sunday/ Bank Holiday, will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the following day.

We use DPD, DHL, Royal Mail, & Fedex as our preferred courier partners.  We also offer ship to shop via DPD, so please select the most suitable delivery option at checkout.

* Mainland UK only. A Two Day service may be necessary for certain locations. Please note there is a £10 charge for delivery to Northern Ireland.

We use both DPD and Royal Mail to handle return requests.

Please note: Some larger items, including BBQs and Outdoor Heating are dispatched directly from the manufacturer, on a 2 to 5 day delivery promise.
