Returns, Refunds & Warranty
At The Hale Retail Company, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied, we offer simple returns and warranty support.
🔄 Easy Returns
- You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it.
- Please ensure items are unused and in their original packaging.
- Bundle sets must be returned complete unless agreed otherwise.
- Include all accessories and inner packaging; plug guards must remain in place.
📦 Return Options
- Return service for unwanted/changed-mind orders: £6 for orders under £130, £12 for orders over £130.
- Options include collection via DPD/Royal Mail or drop-off at a Post Office with a QR code.
- Contact us to arrange your preferred return method.
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
- Check your goods within 24 hours and report any damage via help@haleretail.co.uk.
- We’ll arrange free collection and replacement or refund, as preferred.
- All items have a 12-month warranty, plus optional extended manufacturer warranty once registered.
- Faults caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear are not covered; your statutory rights are unaffected.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving returned goods (please allow up to 7 days).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Returns must be sent to a UK address; we do not accept returns from outside the UK.
