The superior ceramic coating is 10x stronger than standard non-stick coatings and is free from PTFE, PFAS, PFOA, Lead and Cadmium for healthier, toxin free cooking, whilst you can safely use wooden and nylon utensils. Each piece is dishwasher safe for an easier clean, though handwash is recommended to maintain the ceramic coating

- You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it.
- Please ensure items are unused and in their original packaging.
- Bundle sets must be returned complete unless agreed otherwise.
- Include all accessories and inner packaging; plug guards must remain in place.
📦 Return Options
- Return service for unwanted/changed-mind orders: £6 for orders under £130, £12 for orders over £130.
- Options include collection via DPD/Royal Mail or drop-off at a Post Office with a QR code.
- Contact us to arrange your preferred return method.
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
- Check your goods within 24 hours and report any damage via help@haleretail.co.uk.
- We’ll arrange free collection and replacement or refund, as preferred.
- All items have a 12-month warranty, plus optional extended manufacturer warranty once registered.
- Faults caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear are not covered; your statutory rights are unaffected.

- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving returned goods (please allow up to 7 days).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
