Its 3kW concealed heating element and removable stainless steel limescale filter reduces the risk of limescale build-up forming and affecting its unrivalled performance. Specifically designed for tea and coffee lovers, the keep warm function and 7 variable temperature options range between 50-100C for a more buildable and customised beverage. The 1.7 litre capacity provides ample space for preparing up to 7 cups of boiled water, with a soft opening lid to make for a simple, single handed refill. Keep a clear view to the contents inside with the water level indicator window, while the intelligent automatic shut off stops operation at 100C.   • You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it.
  • Please ensure items are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Bundle sets must be returned complete unless agreed otherwise.
  • Include all accessories and inner packaging; plug guards must remain in place.

📦 Return Options

  • Return service for unwanted/changed-mind orders: £6 for orders under £130, £12 for orders over £130.
  • Options include collection via DPD/Royal Mail or drop-off at a Post Office with a QR code.
  • Contact us to arrange your preferred return method.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Check your goods within 24 hours and report any damage via help@haleretail.co.uk.
  • We’ll arrange free collection and replacement or refund, as preferred.
  • All items have a 12-month warranty, plus optional extended manufacturer warranty once registered.
  • Faults caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear are not covered; your statutory rights are unaffected.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving returned goods (please allow up to 7 days).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
