Returns, Refunds & Warranty

At The Hale Retail Company, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied, we offer simple returns and warranty support.

🔄 Easy Returns

• You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it.
• Please ensure items are unused and in their original packaging.
• Bundle sets must be returned complete unless agreed otherwise.
• Include all accessories and inner packaging; plug guards must remain in place.

📦 Return Options

• Return service for unwanted/changed-mind orders: £6 for orders under £130, £12 for orders over £130.
• Options include collection via DPD/Royal Mail or drop-off at a Post Office with a QR code.
• Contact us to arrange your preferred return method.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

• Check your goods within 24 hours and report any damage via help@haleretail.co.uk.
• We’ll arrange free collection and replacement or refund, as preferred.
• All items have a 12-month warranty, plus optional extended manufacturer warranty once registered.
• Faults caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear are not covered; your statutory rights are unaffected.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving returned goods (please allow up to 7 days).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Returns must be sent to a UK address; we do not accept returns from outside the UK.
