The Tower Ignite Multi XL combines gas, a multi-height charcoal grill, smoker barbecue and a side burner for grilling a wide range of meats in different and delicious ways. The 3 burner grill provides a big surface area for cooking larger portions of food for friends and family. A heat resistant steel body provides added durability at higher temperatures for cooking different meats. Included is a large capacity multi-functional smoker box that stores wood chunks or smoking chips to slowly release the rich smoked flavour to meats. The base shelf provides additional storage space for condiments and other accessories. Four wheels give the BBQ added stability and easy portability. - You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it.
- Please ensure items are unused and in their original packaging.
- Bundle sets must be returned complete unless agreed otherwise.
- Include all accessories and inner packaging; plug guards must remain in place.
📦 Return Options
- Return service for unwanted/changed-mind orders: £6 for orders under £130, £12 for orders over £130.
- Options include collection via DPD/Royal Mail or drop-off at a Post Office with a QR code.
- Contact us to arrange your preferred return method.
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
- Check your goods within 24 hours and report any damage via help@haleretail.co.uk.
- We’ll arrange free collection and replacement or refund, as preferred.
- All items have a 12-month warranty, plus optional extended manufacturer warranty once registered.
- Faults caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear are not covered; your statutory rights are unaffected.

- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving returned goods (please allow up to 7 days).
